Floating Cream Skate Hanger

The Story

I am proud to share our custom precision-cut floating deck hanger made from Skatelite to hang your skateboard deck on your wall. Skatelite is the professional material of choice for skate ramps worldwide and is made here in Washington state.

Every order with a skate deck will receive one Hanger for each deck. Wall hardware not included.

Includes:

1. 1x 5” × 5” Cream Co Mount Plate made of Skatelite soaked in tung oil or butcher block solution
2. 2x stainless steel machine bolts long enough to make the deck float against the wall
3. 4x stainless steel nuts to keep the deck from falling off and keep the bolts perpendicular to the Mount Plate

NOTE: Does not include a screw or bolt to attach the Mount Plate to your wall surface. Use proper hardware for your wall, be it brick, drywall/sheetrock anchors, marble, limestone, treehouse, titanium floating airship wall, etc.

Skatelite is a sustainable, fireproof, made-in-the-U.S.A. paper product from “the source” …of outdoor and indoor ramp surface manufacturer: Richlite, here in Washington.

FYI: The version of this hanger we ship is soaked in all-natural tung oil for protection, which preserves the color of the wood.

Previous Floating Hardware

Previously, we were shipping out the custom, hand-made, walnut wood deck hanger with each board we make. Mt. Skate's special hanging method allows the deck to float off the wall and can prevent any damage from marring your board. So we teamed up with Mt. Skate because we'd rather people have an all-included and non-plastic way of mounting artwork to their walls.

We paid full price for these because we love the product design and we're proud to be offering these with each deck purchase.

NOTE: We have a few left, but not many. If you'd like this one instead, mention it in the comments while ordering a deck and we'll include it free of charge along with the newer hardware.

Also:

If you choose to hang the board horizontally, you'll need two of these hangers. Contact me when ordering.
