I really loved Groove Armada over the years… I went to put this record on and this song really resonated with me.
This one is purely about the song Edge Hill, the feeling, the mood, the orchestration, the mellow, the flow. That is all.

Interestingly, I found the first Groove Armada album in the bargain bin at Tower Records and gave it a play, then discovered the At The River track that was so compelling to me then, and now.

More importantly…

Interestingly, what's truly special to me about the At The River track, is that it inspired me to ultimately move to where I want to live, which was Los Angeles and Huntington Beach, where my brother, friends, and cousins lived. So i quit my job, packed up, and moved there. Not more than five days later, I met Marlo, who I married shortly after, and is my inspiration to this day. She's my wonder woman.
