This is about the Nada Surf cover of the Pixies' track Where Is My Mind.

I'm an old, huge old fan of the Pixies. Thankfully, I have seen them so many times in concert over the years.

I've heard versions of this song so many times, specifically this version of the song, and haven't realized how impressively divergent yet complimentary the melody and fills are in this one.

So bass heavy. So driving.
