The Story
Custom leather pillow cover by Cream Co.
Easily one of our most satisfying experimentations is with upholstery leather, fabricating a throw pillow with and without piping, using various stitching methods.
This pillow uses French triple seams and has an off-white, YKK® hidden zipper.
The technique used for French seams on a pillow like this requires a special sewing machine, so we had Nicky the Necchi cylinder arm machine from the '60s do it for us. Actually, all of our pillows are made with Nicky. Seems to work out perfectly. 🥁
