The Story
Tree silhouette custom art on tung-oiled skate deck for Cream Co.
We made another board by request similar to Planted Deck, version 1, where we mix a Douglas Fir silhouette on maple with layers of walnut stain. Then we soaked it in tung oil and hand-rubbed it to a satisfying glow. Seven times.
The rich grain mixed with the dark tree is a, dare I say, dramatic piece to put on your wall.
