The Story
Douglas Fir tree silhouette custom art on oiled skate deck by Cream Co.
We made another board by request similar to this one Planted Deck v1 where we mix a Western Red Cedar silhouette on maple. Then we soaked it in tung oil and hand-rubbed it to a satisfying glow. Seven times.
The rich grain mixed with the dark tree is a, dare I say, dramatic piece to put on your wall.

- Luscious, acrylic paint over natural tung tree oil detail
- Hand-rubbed with 7 coats of pure tung oil
- Then one more coat of oil over the design for good measure
- Custom, American-made, hard rock maple deck
Each art deck comes with our custom Floating Cream Skate Hanger made from Skatelite and includes all-stainless hardware. Hanging Instructions will come soon.
