Decided to do some chores this morning before the real rains begin and turn all of these beautiful leaves into a mushy tea of dirt. The rains start tomorrow and winter is coming fast.
Just now I read Carl Sagan’s inspiring speach about this us on Earth and our “responsibility to deal more kindly with one another and to preserve and cherish the Pale Blue Dot …the only home we’ve ever known.”
Spending the day thinking about this.
