I don’t think I have any more minor obsessions than the next person. As impractical and unsave as old and classic vehicles are, there’s a lot to be said about just biking around, and while the Dutch and practically anyone else in Europe and every other country in the world is accustomed to biking all over town, the hills around this island are famous for the annual January “Chilly Hilly” bike race…

…which is a beast.

And so, with that little caveat in mind, this is a primo example of my business idea for local croissants, espresso, and cold brew on the island.
