Espresso beans, light roast
My latest batch was really cacao-flavored. Perfect!
And it is a great coffee for drinking with cream, which is my anti acidity approach to coffee’s weapon.
After two packs of these coffee beans from a local Seattle roaster Stamp Act Coffee, I must say it is a perfect bean.
I’ve shared a bag with some friends to gauge their reactions with it, and seemed favorable so far, allowing for the varied ways people enjoy coffee.
I think generally I prefer light roast coffee which is not a common roast style near me since I detect that most people hear Dark Roast and think favorably of it.
Despite this discovery, expensive beans are a once-in-a-while indulgence.
