Since picking up an old iPod and jamming it with music files, I started thinking about how much and which music I’d like with me while exercising or driving.

So I’m revisiting the music I’ve purchased over the years from various outlets and collecting them all again.

If you enjoyed music before 2015, it’s likely you had a digital music library at least for a few years. You know, during the whole Napster and licensed music files unpleasantness.

One driving force behind getting all of these files wrangled and adding to them with ones I’ve appreciated over the years, is giving back to bands and artists that I enjoy listening to, instead of paying the monthly leach money to stream them.

More on the iPod idea soon, but if you look out there, you’ll see there’s a move to go offline and not be in the clouds so much.
